ResellSetu is a platform for independent resellers. You pay the price shown on this website. Your own customer is billed by you separately.
The price on the product page and at checkout is the amount you pay. It is inclusive of taxes and includes free delivery. There is no extra checkout fee, monthly subscription, or listing fee.
Current products are published on the Products catalogue.
Payment is collected from the logged-in reseller after an order is placed, through a licensed Indian payment aggregator. We currently use Razorpay as the primary gateway and may use PhonePe Payment Gateway as a backup. Supported methods include UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM and others), debit/credit cards, and net banking, as offered by the aggregator.
ResellSetu never stores your UPI PIN, card number, CVV, or net-banking password.
There is no monthly subscription and no listing fee. You pay the price shown for the product.
Payment for a confirmed order is settled by ResellSetu after the reseller pays through Razorpay. It is not a direct transfer from the reseller at checkout.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, or payment is collected in error, the amount is refunded to the original payment method. After delivery, returns follow our Return Policy. Refund timelines are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
