Eligible products can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. Each product page shows either 3-Day Easy Return or Non-Returnable. A non-returnable product cannot be returned under this policy.
Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. They must be free from stains, makeup, perfume, or other damage, and returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories where those were delivered. Returned products are subject to quality inspection.
Return request, then return pickup, then product received, then quality inspection, then refund processed. A refund is not instant. It is processed only after inspection.
If the return is because you changed your mind, no longer need the product, do not like the colour or design, ordered by mistake, or selected the wrong size, the actual return courier charge may be deducted from the refund. There is no fixed return fee. The charge is the applicable courier charge for that return.
Eligible products can be returned according to the ResellSetu Return & Refund Policy. If the return is verified as a wrong product, a wrong size or variant, damage on arrival, or a product defect, the return shipping cost is not deducted from the refund.
After inspection, an approved refund is sent to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank or UPI app may take additional working days to show the credit. Money refunds also follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
